**More control over your content** 💜

Community feedback raised an important concern: deleting a post should also address where its content is stored.

HUP now offers HUP storage — not on IPFS, alongside the existing IPFS option. Choose your preference in Settings → Post storage for future posts and uploads.

We’ve also improved deletion: after confirmation, HUP removes its stored content and unused attachments, or unpins its IPFS copies.

We added this to give you more choice and address privacy and data-deletion concerns. Historical blockchain references and copies saved by others may still remain.

Thanks for helping shape HUP 🙌
